Execution Ratios
Standard crimes: conditional release after serving 1/2 of the sentence (with good conduct credit of 2/3). Certain aggravated crimes require serving 2/3 or 3/4 before conditional release eligibility.
Good Conduct Credit
Inmates who follow prison rules earn good conduct credit, which reduces the actual time served. For each month of good behavior, a set number of days is deducted from the remaining sentence.
